Call ahead for availability!Called ahead on Feb 2 and made an appointment with them two weeks in advance for Feb 18th and they asked if I was a new customer during that call I stated yes.They told me great! See you then!I understand this is a small business. However. The day of appointment, on the way there, I searched for maps for gps on the business and Google stated closed.I called to confirm that I was on the way to the appointment I had made. Just in case it was covid related closure. Receptionist told me they had tried to call ( no call found) but they aren't accepting new clients at this time.I said what about my appointment I had? They are good and helped us a lot, and fees are good. If they argued with you there was a reason. HR Block and Jackson Hewitt never did a good of a job as them. Love local small businesses.
