2012 our well died. It was an emergency situation. Herr was one of the companies that came out and worked on our well. They were polite, hardworking, wonderful guys. Who did everything in their power to get us up and working again as quickly as possible. The women in the office? Even better! Since this was an over night "OMG we have no water" type situation, we also didn't have a savings account large enough for the bill. The ladies in the office kept in touch, working with us trying to help us find a way to pay the bill. It ended up being a Home Depot save with a fund they do for employees in need. My husband works there. They are a wonderful company to deal with and I recommend them to everyone who says they have a problem with their well. I love them!
I can’t recommend Yoders enough! They’ve come through for me in multiple tough situations, and are hands down the best HVAC company in the Lake Country area. Yesterday, I had a frozen pipe situation at a rental property after We Energies turned off the gas due to a leak over the weekend. I first had 2 plumbers out for 6 hours on Monday fixing what We Energies required to be fixed. When they left they called and said I was good to go. When the gas was turned back on, this particular unit still wasn’t receiving heat, while my other 2 units running off this same boiler, were receiving heat. The plumbers were stumped as to what the issue was. Lost at this point on who to contact, I reached out to my handy man who although wasn't able to diagnose the exact problem, told me it was an HVAC problem at this point. I initially called Yoders, but cancelled when one of the big name HVAC companies in the area, was able to come out a couple of hours sooner. Learn from my mistake - don't call anyone else! The first company charged me $300 just to tell me my pipes were frozen and suggested I put heaters down there and to call them back if the pipes burst. That didn’t sit well with me—I needed a professional solution after everything I went through to this point, not a “wait-and-see” approach. That’s when I called Yoders back. They came out immediately and discovered that the frozen pipes were in an impossible location to access in the crawl space. It required significant time, effort, and problem-solving—probably why the first company didn’t want to deal with it. Tom, the owner, stayed until 9 PM, ensuring the unit had heat again before he left. His dedication and expertise helped me put a cap on a 4-day nightmare. This wasn’t my first great experience with Yoders. Just last month, I had a furnace go out at another rental. The first company I called quoted a huge price, so I contacted Yoders for a second opinion—after business hours on a Friday, no less. They responded quickly, gave me a significantly lower quote for the same furnace, and even sent the quote that same night. Despite being an hour away from their shop, they went above and beyond, dropping off space heaters for the tenant on Saturday without having to ask, and at no additional cost. The only reason I didn't reach out to Yoder's first here was because the property was an hour away from them. Last year, a 40-year-old boiler of mine went out at one of my rentals during winter. Yoders came the same day and fixed what thankfully ended up being a minor repair. Given the boiler’s age, if they told me it was shot, I would have replaced it without a second thought. Having rentals and flipping homes, I’ve worked with many HVAC companies. Yoders is hands down the best—honest, fast, affordable, and willing to go the extra mile. The owner, Tom, takes real pride in his work, and is very knowledgeable about all things HVAC. If you have a boiler, you probably know that HVAC companies often ask for the brand name and serial number of boilers before coming out, because most don't work with all brands. Yoders has never asked me ahead of time, they simply come out when needed and solve the problem at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them! Whether it’s an emergency or routine work, they’ve consistently provided top-notch service. I’ll never look elsewhere for my HVAC needs again, and neither should you!

Two ambitious projects in the past year: 2 new replacement boilers and 2 new air conditioning systems. All four were professionally installed, at budget, and on time. The high pressure A/C is unobtrusive, and the new heating takes up maybe 20% of the old system. Special shout out to Brian, Larry, Carl, and Tim. Quite a crew.

The Durni brothers did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. They were very personable and professional, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and were conscientious of keeping our kitty safe (and happy) while they worked. I highly recommend this small family business!

Each is a very distinctive space and decorated appropriately.
The barber shop makes you feel like you've taken a step back in time.
The hair Salon has nice feminine touches. Very inviting.
Prices are very reasonable.
We recently boarded our two dogs here for 10 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of my dogs is a bit reactive and requires daily medication so we were anxious leaving him but the staff went above and beyond to make sure both dogs were well cared for. From the start the staff was incredibly transparent and professional. They kept us updated throughout the stay and gave us peace of mind. They even called to ask about a scratch on my dog that I didn't even know was there! The facility itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. My husband let me splurge on our fur babies and add on lots of enrichments for their vacation. Their report card said they loved the nature walks (we take them for long walks at home) and the lick mats were a hit! Customer service was top notch from booking to pick-up and it’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals. We are so grateful for the care and attention our dogs received and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!
I am giving this guy 4 stars out of 5 because I respect independently owned-businesses. I would happily score them 5 stars if they chose not to go to the extremes to make it a crusade every time a racing team shows up with a non-rouge-colored petrol receptacle. Bullfrog gas station needs to understand that racers are not bad people. We just don't use red gas cans. Some of us jaywalk and cut the tags off of our mattresses. We are not murderers or anarchists (statistically a small percentage of us have to be). We choose not to use spill-proof eco-friendly red petrol cans because every dollar spent on these goes towards the Communist Party. I think the overwhelming majority of firemen (or fire technicians) would support that.P.S. The cherry pastry was delicious!
K.C’S Creations in Dousman does fabulous work. I have taken several clothing pieces to be altered over the last few years, always with excellent results. She can do magic on your garments and her prices are very reasonable! I can highly recommend her without reservations. Don’t hesitate to hire her services!
