Upmann has always been stellar for us. Our furnace was installed competently by them a few years ago and they keep it tuned and come out right away if we have problems, or just user confusion about something like operating the humidifier. They are always patient and they get the job done first time. Installing our new AC unit today is going smoothy with a good crew and all the parts and pieces they need. We've been using Upmann Heating & Cooling for 15+ years, and just this Sunday we had a furnace issue.
