Alterations are good, but front desk staff is so unpleasant. The ticket says my dress was ready on June 17th, first time I received notice it was ready was on July 3rd and the woman on the phone was very rude. I asked how much it was and she said $60, go there to pay and it was over $120.

Brought my uniform dresses in to get hemmed, was told to come back in two weeks ( without any specific date). I went back exactly 14 days later, was told that my dresses weren’t even touched. And the lady behind counter was not nice at all, hopefully it’s not because I’m Asian.

We will need to wait and see. I took my fur collared coat in yesterday and the lady was almost to the point of being rude. Said I did not need a receipt and basically did not have anything to do with me. No “hello”. No “goodbye”. Nothing. When I get my coat back in a month I will re-review.
