Masterguard has been used by our family for the past 5 years! Their regular services have kept our house critter and annoyance free throughout. In the rare occasion where we have an incident crop up between services, they are communicative, prompt at scheduling, and remedy the situation before it gets out of hand.As an example, we had 2 ground bee nests begin with the recent heat and humidity. They returned on 2 times within a 7 day period to ensure the problem was completely extinguished. I had never used a pest control service in the past. I decided to sign up with MasterGuard because the technician who stopped by, Austin, was very impressive with his explanation of the service. We noticed a difference immediately in the house and we no longer have issues with spiders in the basement. I am very impressed with the service. I am most impressed that the chemicals they use are not harmful to my dog.

We've been using Masterguard for over a year. We use them for quarterly maintenance (mostly spiders, bees, mosquitoes). The quarterly fee covers the quarterly service as well as any off-cycle needs. The service tech. is always polite, professional and detailed. They also do a great job explaining the service. Price is fair and they are very prompt in scheduling service requests. I would recommend them if you have pest issues.
