Deshay & Matt arrived early (called first), did the AC check & found an error code on the thermostat that was not clearing. Found the answers/process, cleared it & were on the way. Very friendly, helpful & polite. Hope to see them again in the future. Thanks!
Our basement had a sump pump back up with the recent record setting rainfall and simultaneous power outage. Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling came out the same day we called! They did a comprehensive check of furnace, water heater and electric panel. Thankfully all, even though being significantly old, were deemed to be working and safe. Damyon was super professional, informative and friendly! I would highly recommend this company.
Benjamin serviced our tankless water heater. The first contractor told us we needed a new unit, basically looked at the error code and decided it wasn’t worth his time to properly troubleshoot. Benjamin properly troubleshot the unit and had it up and running in about 30 minutes. Thank you Benjamin! Kettle Moraine will now handle our yearly service needs.
