Deshay & Matt arrived early (called first), did the AC check & found an error code on the thermostat that was not clearing. Found the answers/process, cleared it & were on the way. Very friendly, helpful & polite. Hope to see them again in the future. Thanks!
I would absolutely call them again to have more work done in the future. they let you know, ask every question.In any question even questions you didn't think to ask of. They also don't make you feel like you're not worth their time. they had it great price for a great product .
Our basement had a sump pump back up with the recent record setting rainfall and simultaneous power outage. Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling came out the same day we called! They did a comprehensive check of furnace, water heater and electric panel. Thankfully all, even though being significantly old, were deemed to be working and safe. Damyon was super professional, informative and friendly! I would highly recommend this company.
