I use Jim's pool and spas to open my pool. Things were going well. So Jim says "I gotta good used pool heater I'll sell ya that needs a display but I'll fix that" so I said ok. We paid $1,000 for it....we used the heater once n it started pouring water out so I call Jim and he comes and disco the pool heater and says "don't worry I'll fix it" that was last year. So this year jim opens my pool and I asked about the pool heater. He says he will fix it. Then asks me to pay him another $505.00 for the pool opening...I said "no I paid $1000 for that heater u said u would fix and I'll pay you the $500 once u fix the heater. I'm not going to keep handing u money" now a few months later he calls and says I owe him money n that he recommends I replace the heater and he won't fix it!!! HES A SCAMMER!!!! Gets u to start to trust him n then screws u over. As far as I am concerned is he can take his heater and he owes ME money!

Terrible experience..The husband and wife owners came out to check pool line and pump....we wanted them to blow out a skimmer line but they only wanted to turn on pump and tell us it was running ok as they were short on time due to moving their shop to diff location..Pump did NOT properly prime... and yet they insisted on payment for a service call when they did nothing...we even followed them to their shop to buy chlorine, and when we gave them CC for payment of Chlorine, they would not give credit card back until we paid for service call. Terrible experience...they did what they wanted not what we hired them for..Service: General repairs & maintenance

NOT a good experience.....came out with wife who carried clipboard--needed to take notes --maybe.....asked them to blow out one line but---they did not have any equipment with them nor any Shock .....we told them we needed filter started and some chemicals... they did a rush job --turned on filter ., took out plugs but little else. Told us filter not running at capacity but didn't have time to do more today--wanted payment for service call but did not even do half the service we needed.. Great way to double charge for return call. Made us Come to shop and pick up cases of shock-- gave credit card for shock but they held on to credit card insisting to pay for incomplete service call.....Not happy at all with these people.....They do what they prefer not what was asked.... Found out LLC has been dissolved for 10 yrs
