“Great trendy selection of designer frames with their remodel. Very boutique look inside Walmart! Prices are affordable and all the staff is knowledgeable. Read old review from 4 plus years ago but seems like new doctor is now here as he was professional and helpful. Highly recommend this vision center for myself and my family and friends.”
“I can honestly say I’m blown away by Theia Vision Care. Dr. Koeck and Holly are both amazing at what they do. I’ve been to various optometrists over the last 20+ years and no one has come close to the level of service that Theia provides. They took their time, answered all my questions and thoroughly educated me throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail was exceptional and not once did I feel pressured into purchasing or making any decisions. I cannot recommend them enough!”
“Marina and Michelle are fantastic! They deserve five stars everyday! I gave it 4 stars because I had an issue with the Dr.s bedside manner and how he treated his staff. The day of my exam was not my finest visit. I understand there is an optomitrist shortage in Wisconsin, but when I called to speak with someone they never returned my call about my concerns. The intrium doctor was my first issue with this company. Hopefully the permanent doctor will have a better bedside manner.”
