Used Servpro out of Madison to do my bathroom that was leaking into my basement. Not only did Elio and Luke clean up the mess in the bathroom and dried it out, Elio made sure that there was no damage to the wood underneath the floor. Elio also managed to salvage my vanity. I am so very thankful for the crew, they did a wonderful job.
We had the greatest experience from start to finish. Joseph (intake) to Phil and Brian (Project Manager). They were all very thorough and sympathetic to our needs and always explained details in a professional manner and followed up with calls before and after our service to assure us that we were taken care of in a timely manner.
Our basement flooded and they came to set up equipment and when done picked it up and sprayed to avoid mold from developing. They met our needs.
I could not recommend Servpro and Kevin enough. They helped us navigate dealing with water in our basement which was incredibly helpful. They came promptly the next day and explained everything thoroughly so we could make an informed decision about our next steps for drying everything out. We appreciated their expertise and trustworthy guidance to ensure we took care of this properly.
