Abby was my tech and was awesome and definitely an animal lover. I was just gonna leave a positive review for Art's in general, got me in the same day, in July, and this great tech diagnosed and fixed my central air in maybe a half-hour. Was 90+ that day!! ?

I had damage to my service mast on my roof due to the big storm on 4/13 in deforest. I had called big name companies i had heard before and they never called me back. I came across this company in one of those advertising booklets. To my surprised they were local and they responded quickly and came out for an estimate. I needed the work dont soon so I can close the hole on my roof, they scheduled the work within the week of racing my signed agreement. It has been wonderful working with Art's electric.their pricing is fair. I made payments by phone, so convinent for me. And they didnt even charge a service fee for using card to pay. I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Colin from Arts Electric. At about 5 pm on Sunday night I realized my furnace was not heating properly. Called the emergency number and talked to Colin. He was just sitting down to supper with his family. Said he would be here in an hour. I don’t think it was 45 minutes and he was at the door. He was extremely professional. Communicated what he found and how to fix it. He had the heat running in less than an hour. I will certainly call Arts Electric for future work and will certainly request Colin as the technician
