The management, project manager (Jimmie Harris) and crew at A&J were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt to begin the mitigation and remediation process. This portion of the project was important as any delays could have potentially caused additional damage. They were very thorough, kept me up do date on the work being done and completed the work to be done, (which was significant) in a very timely manner.
They went above and beyond what I had expected. I am retired now, but i have worked in construction related businesses for over 35 years, so I know how things can go sideways. We did not experience this with A&J during any phases of thee work done at our home.

A&J recently completed a smallish restoration job for us as part of our home sale process. Their responsiveness, thoroughness and customer service were exceptional. Cole came out and quoted the project right away, and then Axel and Armando brought everything together on time and on budget for us. It was a pleasure to work with them.
To whoever is looking for a quality company to come in, promptly, professionally, skillfully, and courteously to help in either flood damage or sewer backup damage A & J Property Restoration in Deforest, WI is the answer to your prayers. This company came to our house for an estimate the day after our sewer backup, had fans in place the day after that, and all the damaged materials removed 3 days later. I can't say enough for the remitigation team - headed by Sean with Joe, Duncan, Big John and others - they were fantastic and worked so hard under very nasty conditions with the sewer backup in our finished basement!
