We had a great experience working with Dave H. Our water heater malfunctioned and 40 gallons of water saturated our basement. Dave not only helped us dry out our basement, but he answered all of our questions and concerns, he was respectful of our personal belongings, he was patient and understanding, he always called before coming over, and he was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend SERVPRO and working with Dave H. Thank you!

How blessed we have been to have such a great team helping us navigate damage done from a pipe in our kitchen. Ray Garcia and Dave Hoeppner have been wonderful to work with. Coordinated with Alan in their office and he was professional and courteous. Put us in touch with Dave who fixed the water damaged ceiling and repainted it for us. He walked us through the process and explained how everything was going to happen. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The paint is matched perfectly and the ceiling looks like nothing ever happened! Happy to use them again in the future.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
