My children(ages 12 & 17) and I had our 1st dental exams at Cambridge Family Dental this October.
The office is warm and inviting the front desk staff is very nice and helpful.( They will send you a text reminder for your appointment which it is great for a busy mom of 2 kids!)
Crystal our Hygienist did a fabulous job! She is VERY gentle and takes the time to explain to you what is being done She also gave us some tips on self-care at home.
Dr.Bauer then came in for our exam. She is gentle and explained what future work would need to be done.

I am terrified of dental work, but the wonderful people at Cambridge Family Dental put me at ease and my first appointment was probably the best I have ever experienced anywhere. The dental hygenist cleaned my teeth and did the xrays and she was fantastic, patient, calm, intuitive and brilliant. She was gentle and caring and made the worst part of the dentist so much more tolerable than I ever dreamt it could be. The cleaning and the scraping was done easily and efficiently. I was relieved! The dentist, herself, was very personable and one could tell she loves her job and really cares about her patients. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. All in all, I swear this was my best experience at a dentist ever!

Great small office...the staff is and always has been great, warm, welcoming, super clean, and if you have an emergency, they are there. Only downside is with a smaller office at times it can be tricky to get an appointment exactly when you want one--but this is the case with most dentists in Dane County anyway. Great care for adults. (She doesn't always work on kids, and for a younger child, she may refer you out to a pediatric dentist).
