Matt is the most amazing Yoga instructor. He truly cares about each person and does his classes with such compassion and humor too!! Would recommend Matt to all ages and body types!

Clean and professional looking salon/spa, however the atmosphere was neither friendly nor welcoming. This was my first professional massage, so I was anxious and didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed to have a smug and superior attitude about her and made me personally feel like I didn't belong at Haven. On the other hand, my massage therapist, Hillary, was very kind to me throughout my experience. She did a fantastic job and made me feel incredibly relaxed on my day off.
