The workers take great care of the dogs and bring able to log in to cameras from home is fantastic. I take mummy dog for doggy day care, but they have other options.

Tailwaggers is one of Percy's favorite place! As soon as he realizes we are on the way to daycare he starts his happy barking! We've been coming to this location for years. We use it for daycare and boarding, along with grooming. We have always been happy with the grooming and the communication from the employees. Just recently some of the employees noticed an issue Percy was having and let us know and we were able to have the vet check him over before the issue became a problem. I recommend this location to everyone I know with dogs!

We've been using daycare services at Tailwaggers De Pere for over a year now. This was our first time using a doggy daycare, and we've had nothing but positive experiences here. Our dog is always excited to run in and play, and she comes home happy and tired. Staff are friendly and know our dog by name. They also offer fun activities and enrichment options every month. Webcams are available so you can check in during the day.

It was a great experience. My dog seemed to love the change of pace. The only flaw in this location(depere) is their camera angle. It's focused towards the floor and not of the room/panoramic.

Bellevue location β¦ Very disappointed with the service and employees. First we stopped in prior to registering our dog and asked about the place and process to sign him up. It was explained to us so we did that. My wife called several days before we dropped him off and inquired that we have all the paperwork completed and we were told we did. Dropped off our dog and was told an hour later we did not have the proper paperwork so the dog is in isolation until they get it. We inquired twice and were told we did have the paperwork Employees not knowing how to do their job. Secondly we are disappointed that last week one day there was an aggressive dog snarling and showing teeth at ours so they separated this aggressive dog for the day. We were NEVER told about this. However an employee put in our file she did inform us. We get a call today and heard about it for the first time because That aggressive dog is back and causing issues with ours so they are now separating them and putting ours in Isolation also and alternating time In the play area. They agreed ours was not the aggressive dog and more defending but still gets punished . Very frustrating they do not communicate and nor do they address aggressive dogs who seem to keep coming back on a regular basis. We were told this aggressive dog keeps doing this not just to ours but other dogs also . Obviously the almighty $$$ is more important. Well, keep that aggressive dog as it will cause issues with others because we are not coming back. When watching the cameras we see the employees spending time on their cell phones and not always focusing on the dogs. By no means is this a safe environment for a dog . As mentioned we will not be back. They lost a customer today because of how the employees handle things. Just been a bad experience from the beginning. I DO NOT recommend
