Top notch service from beginning to end! My AC went out on Friday, I filled out the online form on Saturday, and had a call from their office at 7:30 AM on Monday. Due to a cancellation I received same-day service, and Andre had me fixed up in 20 minutes flat! Thank you Richards!

The men were very good and seem to do everything in a swift and knowledgable manner. They were done on time and cause very little disruption. Came make for an hour to run the heat to make sure that it was also running perfectly.
