Harmann's did my kids' school sports and class photos. Since I'm a photographer myself, my kids think I don't want to buy another photographer's photos and they don't bring me the order form. When I realized that they had photos done and I hadn't ordered, I emailed the studio and asked if I could put in an order. I've never had a problem with that, I mailed them a check, they added my order to the other school orders and sent it back with them. So, I got my kids' teams' photos as well.

My 5 year old missed picture day, because of COVID. I didn't receive any info about retake day. I reached out to his school as to when retake day was and never received a response. Apparently he was sick on whatever day it was and missed it as well. Yearbook order emails came out yesterday and I just realized my son isn't going to be in his yearbook, so I called and spoke with someone about how I could get him added into the book and was told their was nothing that they can do. Even though I offered to take him in and pay for his picture to be taken.
