Based on a recommendation from a contractor, I called Drew's Plumbing the week of 9/29/25 because our water heat wasn't working and we had no hot water. Got an immediate callback and Drew was able to come that day. It ended up being a simple fix but the time, care and attention given to a small job has landed our loyalty. Our unit is old and when we replace it we will be calling Drew again and will lean on his expertise. Highly recommend!

Two days before Memorial Day weekend I noticed my old water heater had a small leak at the bottom. I was going on a road trip that day, but decided I better stay home and try to find a plumber to replace the water heater rather than risk having it burst and flood my basement while I was gone. I didn't think I'd have much luck getting a plumber to respond right away given the Holiday. I also wanted to get a Bradford-White water heater installed, since they are the only ones still made in the USA.
