The staff helped ease my fears about going to the dentist. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the whole process of setting up my appointment to the initial cleaning. I will definitely be recommending De Pere Smiles to others!
I had a cracked molar. Went to a dentist who did a bad job and put me in unnecessary pain for 2 weeks. A friend recommended DePere Smiles. DePere Smiles got me in the next day! Dr. Peterson and his assistant were fantastic. Straightforward explanations, billing and insurance were addressed before work was done, and the procedure carried out in amazing time. I waited until the next day to see how it would feel. My new crown fits me and the bite is perfect. NO gum or tooth pain,,,just the discomfort from having my mouth open for the work. The De Pere Smiles staff iare so friendly! The hygienists do a wonderful job! They are gentle and so friendly. The Dentists are a great group, always friendly and very informative on any concerns they have, without being pushy. They have the equipment to have a crown made and put in place in about 2 hours. Instead of having to make several appts. Which is what originally brought me to them. And we have been going to them ever since. I recommend this dental office for any of your dental needs.
