From the receptionist to the clinicians and Dr Kraft you are treated with a professional attitude and upbeat attitude. The staff is knowledgeable and is excellent in all areas from prevention to dental care and will refer if they feel it is in your best interest for specialist care. Staff is very personable, my dental health has improved a 100 percent with the longterm care, Options were thoroughly explained. Always asking for feedback on my comfort and pain level. First dentist that made me feel comfortable about my gag reaction. Also appreciated how they taught me to be responsible for my dental hygiene and as a result I have stabilized my gun health.. Impressed with how they scan and create great fitting crowns in house and they don't stop until you have a comfortable fit. It is a team effort every one is encouraging from cleaning to dental work to practice good dental care when home, I find out it works and when I have a check up, they let me know if I have been good or bad and remind me to get back to good regime or keep up the good work. I am asked if I need anything for my dental hygiene after a cleaning, made me realize that there are much more than a quick brush to insure a healthy mouth.

My family has been going to De Pere Family Dentistry for a few years now. We love the staff and Dr. Kraft and Bernie, the therapy dog! My daughter is 6 and begs to go to the dentist, and I love that she is so comfortable with the care she receives. Brooke is the hygienist I usually see and she’s wonderful. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience here and it’s right in our neighborhood.
