Super satisfied with the service I received from them today. They had someone at the house and the work completed on our sump pump within an hour of me contacting them. Blake was professional and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was done replacing the sump pump in no time. Excellent service.
We had enough work done with two total bathroom remodels to see most the staff at Benzschawel Plumbing. We were not disappointed. The bathroom projects were staggered as to not leave us without a bathroom to use. The crews worked around our schedules and the schedules of the many subcontractors and their regular more- lucrative commercial jobs to finish their parts in our home with expertise and professionalism. They also took the time (without complaint or excuses) to add on several minor but time consuming projects that always seem to crop up when a homeowner has time to think about plumbing needs- knowing there is going to be a skilled technician in the house.
