I have used 1 st choice for 2 properties now bat control and ebayement, also mouse and rat issue I can confirm they have eliminated my problem thanks to the kind techs and aj who comes monthly! He deserves a raise! Like all of the employees of this company, I will use them on any issue!

Hunter and the company were so wonderful! They offered free inspection after a company came earlier in the day and did nothing to help my problem. Hunter took the time to look at the problem, find a solution, and figure out what caused the problem so we can further prevent it. He and the company have excellent core values that focus on helping the customers and not just getting the sale. I would recommend them for any pest needs you have!

I contacted 1st Choice for an ant problem originally in April. Local businesses always work best for me & they are no exception. Cost & process was clearly explained & questions were answered with no pushiness or fast talk. Technician arrived a few days later on time, extremely courteous, explained the process, applied treatment & explained recommended follow-up. Again, there was no pushiness or fast talk. Further treatment is up to the customer - no contract. But I am already seeing positive results, so I most likely will have follow-up treatment to keep situation under control.
