The 20 some year old water heater could not be fixed. Took us a day to confirm back time to have new one installed. They got it installed two days later in about 2 hours time. My dad said he was impressed with Tim's knowledge and work. Reasonable prices too. I'm sure we'll call again, as our furnace is old too?
