Our main drain backed up into our basement. After several failed attempts to fix the problem ourselves we called Dana at 4:30pm on a Monday. He answered the call, loaded his trailer and was to our house in 20 minutes. Tree roots was the issue. Dana had it diagnosed, fixed, and was out the door just a little over an hour later.
