This just isn't a fitness center... this place has an amazing owner with a bright happy warm soul. Not that it doesn't hurt that she has a great clean place to workout.... they have a sheet to keep you on track... and classes! During this hard time with so much confusion.. especially with the limit of time in the weight room at school.. our youth has found a place to workout as well! All sizes and ages welcome!
I've been a member off and on for three years now. The only minus is no pool. But for exercise machines they can't be beat. Everything is clean, well appointed and always in working order. They offer classes in aerobics and yoga. And monthly membership is very affordable.
Great gym! Clean, friendly, never super busy, open 24 hours, has showers, entire "dance" room for member use, water bottle and cell-phone friendly machines, tv's with an app to listen to them on mute. Has everything you need to get fit- coaching option, flexibility, comfort, relaxation, machine tutoring and key-fob privacy.
