Cumberland Healthcare is an independent, nonprofit, community-based, Critical Access Hospital. The facilities are very nice, and the staff was even better. It is so clean, with kind and professional front desk staff. The check in process to the PCP were all very professional and friendly. Cumberland Healthcare provides outstanding service with the quickest turnaround times for results. Every single appointment has had friendly staff. It is always a quick visit with prescriptions filled quickly. Other than being there for stiches, it was a great experience. The young lady in the lab department explained the lab thoroughly. From the ER to primary care, all providers are amazing. Definitely recommend.
It was a good experience. Everyone seemed to be in a rush(the doctor especially) which kinda made me nervous. I went in for something simple and they told me a simple solution which I expected. Still better than Marshfield Clinic in Rice Lake, I suggest Cumberland Healthcare over them anytime.
Very positive experience. Got into my appt early and didn’t have to wait. Nice. Staff was professional and efficient. Will be going back for health care services in the future.
