Cumberland Healthcare is an independent, nonprofit, community-based, Critical Access Hospital. The facilities are very nice, and the staff was even better. It is so clean, with kind and professional front desk staff. The check in process to the PCP were all very professional and friendly. Cumberland Healthcare provides outstanding service with the quickest turnaround times for results. Every single appointment has had friendly staff. It is always a quick visit with prescriptions filled quickly. Other than being there for stiches, it was a great experience. The young lady in the lab department explained the lab thoroughly. From the ER to primary care, all providers are amazing. Definitely recommend.
Had to visit the ER there late on Friday night of Memorial day weekend for some stiches. The facilities are very nice, the staff was even better. Other than being their for stiches, it was a great experience. Thank you!
So clean!!! And the two women at the front desk were kind and professional as well as Dr Povino’s nurse and himself. Young lady in the lab department explain my lab thoroughly! Grateful!
I don't enjoy going to the doctor but my experience at Cumberland Healthcare was nothing but positive. From the check in process to the CMA to my PCP, all were very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the appointment!
