This business bills fraudulently! I went in for yearly preventative visit. I was careful not to bring up any issues, no new diagnosis, no exacerbations, was billed for both a yearly exam and a office visit. This is fraud! I will report to BBB. Billed only once. Addressed issues, nothing done, not even a month later threatened with collections.
