You have one employee that is good(Jordan). We have told this place numerous times about insurance switch and they still couldn't figure it out. Long waits for babies. Sometimes the office staff is rude. Still tried push covid shot to kids years after.

Office Administrator has been rude and non-responsive to correcting an error in billing; only $144. She doesn’t care that the appointment was booked in error by her team. Zero remedy or cares given by the business administrator.
