I've ALWAYS received exceptionally high quality of care for my animals and extreme compassion when it comes to the loss of one. They are ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to assist whenever possible! There aren't any words to express how rare THIS kind of service is provided anywhere anymore in this day and age! We have been going to Deer Grove with our dogs for 12 years. We started going there when we wanted a different experience for our dogs and met Dr. Pecore. To sum it up, our Lab used to sit in her lap on the floor for his exam and she was totally fine with that. We love the clinic and their timely responsiveness and knowledge. We have gone through some tough medical decisions with them and have always been treated with kindness. Thank you for always being there for us, Deer Grove!
The staff was amazing, the surgery was done very well and the price was the best around. I felt like everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand and I am very satisfied and definitely would recommend them.
