Best place to take your pet. Everyone is so friendly! When you have to get your dog in quickly because they got sick, they do everything they can to accommodate. The people that work here are absolutely priceless! I couldn’t see anyone else taking care of my dogs.

There is no better place to take your pets for health care than Back 2 Basics! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of pets who get nervous at the vet. I feel comfortable asking any question I have and never feel like they're judging me as a pet owner. Dr. Kristin continues to study different diseases and treatments so that she is up to date on the most current, best treatments. I am so glad we made the switch to Back 2 Basics!

I have been taking my cat Pancake here since she was a few weeks old (she is 4 now!) Every single employee has treated me with respect and kindness. They treat Pancake as if she was their own. They are great about sending emails of business closure/holiday hour changes, if she is close to have anything due and the closet emergency clinics to me that can help when they are closed. They also have a open line of communication via text message and always respond in a timely manner. I am grateful for their hard work and decision making skills. With their help, I hope Pancake lives a long and healthy life!
