I recently had a pipe burst in my basement. I spoke to Clay (Servicemaster in Eau Claire, WI), and he was amazing! I was so anxious about what had happened, but he calmly and empathetically helped me problem solve over the phone. I sent him photos while we talked. He spent a lot of time with me even though he wasn't in the office. Great customer service...thank you, Clay!
After sewage and water backed up into my basement and I hired a company to sanitize everything, I needed to find a company to restore the basement and bathroom. I contacted ServiceMaster and was able to set up an appointment for later that week within a few hours of requesting a quote.
Everyone I worked with, from Becca who assessed the damage, worked with my insurance and wrangled the needed materials, to Jeff who oversaw the entire project, to each of the contractors who repaired the damage, everyone was friendly, professional, helpful and did a fantastic job!

I've had the pleasure of working with ServiceMaster for almost 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the office staff to everyone out in the field, this crew is fantastic and so easy to work with!
