After sewage and water backed up into my basement and I hired a company to sanitize everything, I needed to find a company to restore the basement and bathroom. I contacted ServiceMaster and was able to set up an appointment for later that week within a few hours of requesting a quote.
Everyone I worked with, from Becca who assessed the damage, worked with my insurance and wrangled the needed materials, to Jeff who oversaw the entire project, to each of the contractors who repaired the damage, everyone was friendly, professional, helpful and did a fantastic job!

Service Master of Chippewa Valley always does a thorough job with their carpet shampoos and they have fantastic customer service. Julie is great at getting things scheduled right away and always fits them into our schedule. Jason does a great job of making sure that the carpets look good and are thoroughly cleaned when he’s done with them. I recommend Service Master for any of your carpet cleaning needs!
