This year, technician Wyatt did this maintenance, and I appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness. Parts had to be replaced in the furnace. Our air conditioning stopped working right at the end of a heat wave. I called the office to set up a service call and a couple hours later Chris showed up, figured out the problem, replaced the part, and had our air conditioner running great again, and the price was very reasonable. Chris was very polite throughout the visit and seemed to be very knowledgeable.
