The Chippewa Valley VA Clinic is an exceptional clinic for primary care. The staff treat disabled Veterans with the utmost respect and care. Appointments are easy to schedule and relatively timely, and everyone seems to really enjoy their work. Veterans have received nothing but good service since 2010. For urgent treatment, the clinic will send patients to Prevea Instacare in Altoona or the ED, so it is best for those who can wait for an appointment.
I'm a disabled Veteran, so i have a lot of first hand experience with the Chippewa Valley VA Clinic. Through all my health issues the staff has treated me with the utmost respect and and care. I also like to complement the Chippewa County VA Office for guidance along the way
Good place to get your primary care done but if you need any kind of urgent treatment go to Prevea Instacare in Altoona or the ED. All they will do is send you there anyway if you can wait for an appointment i high recommend them.
