I've been a member since high school (10 years now). The gym is always clean and funk free. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with whatever questions you may have from exercises to nutrition. On top of that, the owner is a great guy who genuinely wants to see the best for each one of his clients.
Would rate it a 10/5 if I could.
This gym has a lot to offer & many pros! With that said there's also a lot of cons to take into consideration. I'll start on the positive side;Pros: Alot of equipment & space! There's many options & you never truly feel cramped.Esthetically very nice. The facility is clean, well kept & visually very nice.Many services on site such as tanning & massage!Lots of supplements from protein to energy drinks, there's a lot of selections.Lots of storage! There are lots of lockers for your things!Now the negativesCons: MANY inexperienced lifters who SLAM, DROP & abuse the weights! This place is really nice especially since it’s right in town but doesn’t matter how much I tell you how good this place is you still have to do the work as a great master one said do or do not, there is no try
