I am new to the use of a holding tank and they have been very patient and helpful to me! I am having some house work done and someone disconnected my holding tank alarm, in the process...needless to say, when things started to become an issue, Steve was there to help in less than an hour, on a Sunday. I truly appreciate the quick response and help for a newbie!
