What a lovely experience! My son saw a turquoise necklace in the window, and he thought it would be the perfect gift for his Grandmother's 90th birthday in December. Ann didn't hesitate to remove it from the display and also showed him a few others. She helped him to decide and made sure that he knew about chain length. She made it a point to find him a matching chain that would have a clasp his Grammy might find easier to use. He left with a beautifully wrapped package and is excited to present this special gift.
