Andrea with Customer Care not only met but exceeded my expectations when I was unable to find my child and saved my daughter from missing out of having a Memory Page. My daughter did not take an individual photo due to her lack of paying attention. Andrea provided quick, direct assistance and detailed options to resolve my situation.

I appreciate this company SO much, we lost a yearbook when our basement flooded and upon request, they printed a new one for us for free and mailed it…..my son was thrilled….thank you so much, VIP!!!!!!!
