I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff for over 10 years, and I cannot recommend him enough! Throughout the years, he has helped me stay pain-free and improve my overall quality of life. I’ve seen him at three different locations, and at each one, his professionalism and expertise have remained consistent. He takes the time to truly understand your concerns and customizes treatments that bring real, lasting relief. Dr. Jeff is amazing. This was my second visit. I went to him in crippling pain for my lower back. I was hunched over and could barely walk without pain. Dr. Jeff stretched, adjusted and taped my back. I was able to walk straight up instantly and when I got home. I was really impressed. I've been to other chiropractors who have left me in more pain. Not the case with Dr. Jeff. Amazing doctor with an amazing team. Everyone is friendly and they truly make you feel comfortable.
Made an appointment at MMT for a massage with Nicole. I was looking for a replacement for my previous massage therapist, as she closed her doors. The massage was what I was looking for - deep tissue, therapeutic, really got some of those knots out. If you are looking for a good, non-floofy, massage, come to Nicole! I would say the rates here are a little on the pricier side, but you do get what you pay for. Will be back.
