I had a haircut with Morgan. I understand why her name does not appear in the Google reviews much like some of the others. Morgan took very little time to try to discuss what I wanted, appeared disinterested in the service even rushed through the blow dry. She was not friendly or welcoming and I felt like I was actually intruding. When she finished cutting she never showed me my cut to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Perhaps because she did not at all do what I asked in the 5 seconds allowed and instead did what she wanted apparently. I will spend 3 or 4 month regrowing and then I will find a new salon with stylists that care about their clients.

Holly has been my stylist every visit I’ve had.
I feel so cared for and appreciate that she is very honest with the end results. She aways goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what is going on and protects my hair health. Holly is super professional and if you can’t get to the desired color in one session, she will talk you through future plans, what she intends to do, and how else to take care of your hair. As hair varies person to person, she really individualizes each appointment to make all her clients happy. I am so blessed to have found such a caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming stylist.

I recently moved to Grafton, WI from VT and am not acquainted with Salons nor Stylists. I also do not know anyone here who might direct me. I have been coloring my own hair for many years. I'm 78 and am not ready to embrace a salt and pepper look. However, that came to an abrupt end a few days ago when my color reveal looked like a black cat was perched on my head!!!!! My short hair is normally medium brown. So, the frantic online search began. I got an appointment with Illuminate Hair and Spa. After reading the Profiles of the Stylists, I was able to obtain an immediate appointment with Holly. She knew exactly how to remedy my mess. When she spun me around to see the end result....WoW !!!!! It was like the TV show Makeover....I cried tears of Joy and so did she at my reaction. To say that I was happily overwhelmed is an understatement. The Salon itself is beautiful. The Staff and Stylists are lovely and welcoming. As for HOLLY, she is a very talented stylist and a wonderful person. She truly represents the HEARTLAND.

Lindsey is a magician! She is so fun, makes the appointment so enjoyable, and it’s truly an experience. The whole team makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The salon is beautiful, too! Illuminate is the perfect business name because they really do “illuminate” you!

Cutting ties with my former stylist was the best thing I ever did. Lindsay the owner at Illuminate has been doing my hair for well over 5 years now and I couldn't be happier. She always knows exactly what I want done and nails it every time! Illuminate has some very talented gals working there and just about all of them have done my hair if Lindsay isn't available. Everyone is like family, and they treat their clients the same way. I'm a regular - every 4 weeks, and it's the most relaxing 2+ hours I spend each month.

The entire staff at Illuminate is fantastic! My hair had terrible breakage from ponytails and heat damage. It was thin on one side but not the other. After years of trying to fix the damage I finally decided to try hair extensions. Lindsey was beyond amazing. She color matched my hair so well you cannot tell what is my hair and what isn’t. My confidence has grown significantly. She is a perfectionist making sure everything was exceptional. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure I didn’t have any questions or problems. She adjusted my extensions to fit my very active life style and helped me figure out a way to prolong the life of the hair. Now I can’t live without these. Food, water extensions! Thank you Lindsey and the entire staff! Seriously, I’m so thankful!
