Sooo greatful to Hometown Heating, Air & Electric!! I had power out in half of my master bedroom. I called my go to electric company, but apparently they handle large contracts so the soonest they could address my issue was in three weeks!! I decided to give Hometown a try. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days (due to my schedule). I received a text message letting me know that Shawn was on his way. Shawn was very personable and knew exactly where to look for the cause of the power outage in my bedroom. Sure enough, as soon as he changed out an outlet, power was restored to the entire room! I am very pleased with the installation of our new lennox furnace and air conditioner. The Hometown crew (Jenny, RJ, Robby, Adam, Jose, Shawn) were very patient at explaining the various questions that I had. They were professional with the instalation. Thanks for putting down the drop clothes to keep the work area and pathways clean. I will recommend Hometown for HVAC and electric to anyone interested.

Chad was fantastic. He gave my furnace a tune-up, made recommendations, and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend this company! I'd give them ten stars if I could!
