Bay Cleaners has provided excellent service for over 20 years, with friendly owners who are always kind and helpful. Customers appreciate their ability to remove tough stains, even from vintage and handmade items like a family baptism gown. The team offers great customer service and quality cleaning, including leather work sent off-site. Visitors also enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the chance to visit with their friendly pup.
Never a bad experience here. The husband, wife and son are super sweet and I love going in and visiting their little pup Mickey! We’ve taken our business here for 1 year now! Not a negative things to say.
They were able to remove almost 30 year old stains from a vintage family baptism gown. It was handmade by my grandma, and I plan on using it for my future baby boy’s baptism. I am so overjoyed they were able to save this piece.
We have used the operations of the owners for around 20 years. After they closed their Thiensville location we moved to the Cedarburg store. Great customer service that does an excellent job on anything we take in to clean or fix. Even leather although that is sent off site.
