Asked them in October for a heating system checkup (hot water boiler/radiant floor). They came right away, determined it needed a missing component. In December they installed the new part. Thought all was fine.
Then the 25 below zero weather set in. My heating system wasn't keeping up. I had them come out Monday & Tuesday and they made some adjustments. They didn't work. Called them again on Thursday, not happy, still cold in the house. But Ray kept thinking and researching. He discovered that the type of system I have didnt need the new/missing part after all. We'd used Ray and his sons for a couple of jobs over the past year or so. Northwest A&W are very reliable, efficient and knowledgeable.
We recommend Ray and his sons for installing and repairing furnaces and HVAC units.
We spoke with Ray this morning as our cooling had suddenly quit working. Within an hour Doug showed up to work on it. We're all good now.
