Jason left no stone unturned when inspecting, put in great effort to explain everything, answered any question and provided advice when necessary or asked. His pricing is the lowest I found, and after his service I felt like I was underpaying.

Jason is knowledgable and made us feel comfortable. He was able to answer all of our questions and validate any concern we had. I would highly recommend & would definitely use him again.

Jason was very prompt with communication when working with him, provided an incredibly detailed inspection, and delivered a 52-page report 8am the next morning. Jason found multiple items the seller's pre-inspection missed and was very helpful in explaining how to care for and maintain all the aspects of a house.
