“I absolutely love my new style! I had long, thick, heavy hair that always got in my way. I have been wanting the new s*** look but nervous about the big change. Kassandra has been patient with me while I went back and forth. Kassandra was very thorough with the consultation and making sure she knew exactly what my expectations were before we got started. Then every step of the cutting process she made sure I liked how it felt before moving onto the the next step. It turned out perfect! As a matter of fact, my husband has never complimented my haircuts without me asking and he told me he loves this haircut that it’s the best haircut I have ever had! “I absolutely love this place! I have been going to Tanfastic for about 8 years and love it!! This last Sunday I wanted to get a spray tan for my vacation to TX which starts today. I called to schedule an appt but did not realize they are closed on Sundays during to summer. However, the beautiful owner answered the phone because she happened to be there to fix a tanning bed on her off day, and she let me come in anyways for my spray tan even though they were closed! She went above and beyond to make sure I started my vacation happy! I will never go anywhere ekse!“

“Going into this business and using the tanning beds as an older plus size woman was a little intimidating when you have these perfect gorgeous little girls waiting on you, but I have to say they were AMAZING!!! They did not make me feel self-conscious and were very knowledgeable about all of the products and services offered. I would definitely recommend pro tan to anyone looking for short or long term tanning. The rooms are super clean and smell nice. Any question you have they have immediate answers for and are so sweet and don’t make you feel stupid for asking them. This is a very nice place and I definitely recommend it.Service: Tanning“

“I came in after a few months thinking I had frozen my account but through some miscommunication and my own lack of detail, it turned out I didn't get frozen correctly so my account kept racking up monthly fees. To make matters more interesting, it was to a card that had been replaced with a new expiration date so I had no idea this was happening. When I came in to restart my tan membership it showed I owed a large balance but Sarah at the front office assisted me and immediately contacted support and they took less than ten minutes to get me back on track and resolved the issue. Thanks to Sarah's patience and kind treatment of me I am back to being a full time tanner, was able to tan right away and kept my previous membership rate.I've always liked this location. It is always clean, friendly and has very short wait times, if any, for the bed I request. I highly recommend this location. ?“
