“I have been a member off and on for a while. I recently retired and so I just couldn't afford it for a while till I got used to my new budget. I went online and there was a deal five for $29. I walked in and talked to Maddy and explain to her I was leaving for California on Thursday which is 2 days away so I just wanted to times an instant bed and one spray tan so what would be the best deal for me she knew all of the deals that were online and told me that that one would be the best one. She said however I would have to purchase it online. I went online to purchase it and it said that my account wouldn't allow it. Whatever that means. She immediately took initiative realizing that after I got back from California I'd explained I wanted to do a membership again. She immediately said I'm sorry about that I can help you and she did something on her computer to get it to go through. Now me being incompetent on technology I was very appreciative. However the one thing I was appreciative is the fact that you have such an excellent employee that took the time to explain the differences between the deals to get me the best temporary situation that I could get. She is amazing. And you are lucky to have her. And I was blessed to be waited on her her name is Maddy and you are blessed to have her. Thank you to whoever hired her. Outstanding service”
