I had a lead service line and worked with the city of Milwaukee to get it replaced. Mid City was the contractor that the city hired. The team was led by Anthony Scott, and everyone was extremely professional, organized, and thoughtful. They made sure my house, inside and out, stayed as clean as possible and answered all my questions throughout the day. They started promptly at 8:00 am and were finished early afternoon. Very thankful for lead-free water!

Second time calling for some home plumbing issues and it was fast friendly efficient. Very professional we requested our original plumber out the second time and he does amazing work!

On balance, a very positive experience -- on very short notice.During an unusual hot spell June 10, my 31-year-old HVAC device suddenly began struggling -- unable to provide air conditioning. I called Mid City and two other similar entities; only Mid City was able to come the next day for an appointment.The technician was, let's say, very punctual (arriving three hours early, actually, due to issues with other appointments within my building). The technician was also outstanding -- personable and professional.
