Called Koenen’s for a in hot water problem. The plumber was very professional and knew the problem right away.He installed the new hot water heater in about an hour. Excellent job!
I have several properties and use KWW multiple times a year. They have been so honest and fair with pricing I even pay the distance charge to get their help on my far away properties. Ive ran into several companies over the years that have tried to upsell me being Im uneducated in the plumbing department. If it's fixable, KWW will fix it & not try to shove a new system at you. Really appreciate everyone here from the office to the field, they are all above and beyond!
Koenen's Water Works was very helpful when my parents needed a bathtub/shower setup changed to a tiled walk-in shower. Very friendly staff who was able to make the bathroom a much safer place. Terrific job!!
