I went there today and was trying to find a better coverage foundation. Molly was working and was incredibly helpful and upbeat and made my time at ulta the best . It’s been a long time since I went shopping for myself and new make up and she helped me find the perfect foundation and primer . She’s amazing give her a raise . Having an upbeat personable employee is so rare these days ! Thank you Molly !
I just had the best morning at Ulta. I had a return to start and the lead cashier was so sweet and friendly. Then I needed help figuring out which shade to get for my brow pencil. I had already placed an online order with a different shade. Molly was so sweet and talented in assisting me - she filled my brows flawlessly. The lead cashier and Molly then helped me swap out my brow products with smiles on their faces and so much patience. It was so refreshing to have fun interactive Customer Service. I love this Ulta. Brookfield will always be my favorite.
I had a great experience with Ulta Beauty’s online pick-up in store! The process was super quick, the staff were very friendly, and I was able to get everything I needed in no time at all. Highly recommend!
