***UPDATE, I WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE, SO I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW*** My daughter wanted perfume for BTS so I took her to Ulta because they were offering a free gift with perfume purchase. They didnt have gift in store so they did DOOR TO STORE so I could get the free gift. Free gift wasnt added when I got the confirmation so I called consumer service. They couldnt help, Called the store they couldnt help. Was very frustrating to deal with but I am glad they were able to make it right
They are always are pleasant. I'm a little disappointed from last trip as I couldn't take advantage of a sale because they were out of stock of one product My helper did look in the back, which was nice of her.
I got a hair cut and conditioning treatment by Bella. Best experience! From start to finish! She so friendly and really listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for!!! She’s top tier, highly recommend her.
