The 2 free fit sessions received at joining are helpful to find a good fit with a trainer and get familiar with the equipment. I've enjoyed working with Bianca to get myself on track. It can get busy at times but I've had a great experience so far.“

“I’ve been a member at Life Time Brookfield for about two months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The facilities are excellent across the board—plenty of free weights, well-maintained treadmills, and a solid variety of cardio and functional training equipment. The class offerings are a major plus; there’s something for every level and style, and the instructors are consistently engaged and professional.
The pool area is well-kept, the steam room is a great perk, and the overall layout makes it easy to get in, get your workout done, and not feel crowded. The club stays clean, organized, and generally feels like a place you actually want to spend time in.
Overall, it’s been a really positive upgrade from other gyms I’ve used. If you’re looking for a full-service fitness environment with lots of options, this location delivers.“

My strength, balance, and flexibility have improved, and shoulder and knee pain are dramatically reduced. Great cardio benefits as well. Studio is clean and inviting.
